Kevinwood Orchestra of Eastwood

was formed as a Youth Orchestra in Workshop style at the 1976 Festival of St. Cecilia

In 1985 , the International Youth Year Kevinwood raised funds amounting to $30,000 to take part in the International Youth Music Festival held in July in Zurich, Switzerland.

Currently it is a more broad-based community orchestra taking people across a wide range of ages.

Kevinwood performs a series of Sunday afternoon concerts in the Haseler Centre , plays at various Community functions in the region, and travels to country locations to share its enjoyment of music with the wider community
